The Information Studies programme provides a broad-based information education with which graduates can embark on different kinds of information professions. The current curriculum has four areas of focus corresponding on different kinds of information professions:

• Library and Information Science,
• Information Management and System,
• School Media and Resource Management and
• Archical Informatics.

Graduates of the MSc in Information Studies programme are currently working as information professionals in a wide range of information-intensive enviroments, in different economic sectors such as defence, education, finance, publishing and the media.
